Refund Policy

Session Share Plus is a one-time digital purchase that removes the ad from the Session Share extension. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.

14-day refunds

If Plus does not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@sharkx.ai with your order number or checkout email. No reason is required. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.

After 14 days

We review later requests case by case, for example if Plus never activated. Creem may also issue refunds within 60 days of purchase where required.

What a refund changes

When a payment is refunded or charged back, Plus is removed and the free version's ad returns. All other features keep working.

EU and UK customers

Plus is delivered immediately after payment. Our 14-day refund above applies regardless of the statutory withdrawal right.
